Paudie Healy is a passionate social entrepreneur driving global change on universal inclusion for the full human diversity. He is the founder and CEO of Universal Access, an international accessibility and inclusion expert delivering high-level consultancy in Ireland and Europe through the principles of Universal Design to the public sector, NGO’s and the private sector. He is a leading expert in creating and developing national, regional, city, town and private businesses, ‘Tourism For All strategies’ through innovative solutions with proven economic, sustainable and social benefit to all stakeholders in the tourism chain.
He imbeds a 360 degree approach underpinned by universal design solutions to deliver end to end person centric inclusive tourism experiences and destinations for all in the Built Environment, Products, Services, IT, Information, Communication, Marketing Provision, Transport, Facility Management, Infrastructure and Training programs.
Paudie sits as an expert on several national and international boards and committees, is also a non-executive director of the European Network for Accessible Tourism(ENAT) and appointed directly by the Minister of Transport Tourism and Sport in Ireland to the Governments Tourism Leadership Group.
